Additional Charges for Additional Children
Twins (based on 4 hours): $15 per hour
Due to potential safety concerns, joint care with a guardian is required.
Older Child (based on 4 hours): $15 per hour
This indicates the addition of care for an older and a younger child.
- You may be eligible for a tax refund benefit.
Reservation Refund Policy
- Cancellations on the day of service are not eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations made 3 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made a month in advance will receive a 100% refund.
- One-time use customers are not eligible for refunds.
- Full-Day Lunch Provision: Managers are allowed to eat (meal setup not included)
- Full-Day Rest Time: 30 minutes per day during the child's nap time
