Breast Care

Prevention of mastitis through massage, breastfeeding coaching, and milk quantity management (10-15 minutes massage).

Perineal Care

Sitz baths for recovery of perineal surgical areas and constipation management, and infrared treatment to prevent bacterial infection and promote wound healing.

Swelling Management

Foot baths to improve blood circulation in legs and feet, and pneumatic leg massage to aid in circulation and manage swelling.

Abdominal Care

Abdominal massage to facilitate lochia discharge and improve bowel movement and uterine contraction recovery (10-15 minutes massage).

Stasis Management

Hot pack application on shoulders and abdomen to help with blood circulation.

Prevention of Postpartum Wind

Management of body temperature and indoor warmth through heated pads and maintaining optimal room temperature.

Emotional Care

Managing postpartum depression with praise, encouragement, support, and consideration.

Newborn Program

Baby Health Management

Monitoring and managing jaundice, bowel movements, urination, and dehydration, with checklists for record-keeping.

Baby Bathing

Daily baths to promote cleanliness, growth, and nervous system development, with baby massage to prevent constipation and colic (baths every 2-3 days if the skin is dry, upon counseling with the mother).

Hygiene Management

Thorough disinfection of baby bottles and navel care to prevent diseases, and meticulous diaper rash management.

Growth Care

Assisting with breastfeeding, checking milk quantity, and managing feeding intervals to aid in development and sleep.

Sleep Management

Managing sleep intervals through burping after breastfeeding.

Laundry Management

Separately washing or sanitizing baby clothes from family laundry for hygiene.

Safety Management

Caring for newborn safety with utmost love and attention as a mother would.
