The Importance of Massage
Pregnancy and childbirth can leave a woman's body exhausted and her pelvis misaligned. Postpartum massage plays a crucial role in addressing these issues, including resolving postpartum swelling that can contribute to weight gain. . Professional mobile massage programs offer specialized care such as abdominal care, pelvic management, shoulder care, lower body care, and breastfeeding care, all comfortably available at home. For natural deliveries, it's advisable to start postpartum massages about 3 to 5 days after birth, while for cesarean sections, it's best to begin after the surgical sutures are removed (usually 7 days post-operation). However, care can start 4 to 5 days after birth if swelling is severe.
To avoid overexertion, it's recommended to receive postpartum massages about 2 to 3 times a week, with a total of at least 5 sessions for optimal recovery.

- This program involves a postpartum caregiver living in to provide comprehensive postpartum care and night-time baby care, including staying overnight with the baby.
- For effective care, especially due to the lack of continuous sleep at night from attending to the baby, live-in caregivers are to take their rest during the baby's sleep times.
- Caregivers will conclude all household duties by 8:00 PM and prepare for bedtime with the baby.
- They can arrange to use their rest times for personal errands (e.g., banking, medical appointments), in agreement with the mother.
