The Importance of Massage

Pregnancy and childbirth can leave a woman's body exhausted and her pelvis misaligned. Postpartum massage plays a crucial role in addressing these issues, including resolving postpartum swelling that can contribute to weight gain. . Professional mobile massage programs offer specialized care such as abdominal care, pelvic management, shoulder care, lower body care, and breastfeeding care, all comfortably available at home. For natural deliveries, it's advisable to start postpartum massages about 3 to 5 days after birth, while for cesarean sections, it's best to begin after the surgical sutures are removed (usually 7 days post-operation). However, care can start 4 to 5 days after birth if swelling is severe.

To avoid overexertion, it's recommended to receive postpartum massages about 2 to 3 times a week, with a total of at least 5 sessions for optimal recovery.

Intensive Care

The Importance of Massage

Postpartum massage is crucial for mothers exhausted from pregnancy and childbirth. It helps realign the pelvis, promotes smooth circulation of blood and qi, balances the internal organs, and resolves postpartum swelling that can contribute to weight gain, ultimately aiding in returning the body to its pre-pregnancy state.

Specialized mobile massage programs, including abdominal care, pelvic management, shoulder care, lower body care, and breastfeeding care, allow mothers to comfortably receive treatment at home. Ideal timing for postpartum massage begins approximately 3-5 days after a natural delivery and after suture removal (typically 7 days post-operation) for those who had a cesarean section. However, care can start 4-5 days post-delivery if the swelling is significant.
